NABIL AL-BABA

Over 33 years of experience in most of civil engineering applications in design, construction supervision and technical assistance, in addition to a wide experience in contract administration.

Directed or participated in numerous projects and consulting assignments in the field of highway and structural engineering at the national and regional levels and for international funding institutions.

Long experience in project management, project needs assessment and quality management, project needs assessment and quality management system, with outstanding experience in managing construction projects within critical conditions.

Extensive experience in managing design works, construction drawings production, preparation of tender documents and procurement.

Well versed in the use of computers in solving engineering problems, using proprietary software and developing software for special applications.

He is the Director, Engineering Business Development of Team International Engineering and Management Consultant Firm Beirut, Lebanon.

He has been an active FCIC Member since around 15 years, CRM for more than 4 years and Executive Committee Member VP Region 8 for 4 years.
